Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, email magicprintlabs@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess it.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Other rights, including compensation where applicable, are not excluded.

Personalised products

Personalisation does not remove your consumer guarantee rights. Please check the spelling and design details on your proof before approving printing.

Changes, cancellations and change of mind

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or want to discuss a change-of-mind return. Requests depend on the circumstances and the stage of production. This does not limit your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Returning an item

Contact us for return instructions before posting. We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed to have a consumer guarantee problem. Please keep your postage receipt.
