How do I personalise an item?

Choose your product, size and colour combination, then enter the requested wording in its personalisation form. A digital proof confirms the design before printing.

How many colours can I choose?

Up to four different filament colours per print, including the base, lettering and accents. Colour availability is confirmed with the proof.

Can I choose a font?

Tell us the lettering style you prefer. The available font and its suitability for printing must be confirmed with your proof. A verified selectable font list is still being prepared.

How long does production take?

A minimum of 10 business days after payment and proof approval, plus delivery. Larger orders may take longer.

What is PLA and how do I care for it?

The personalised range uses PLA filament. Fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal. Keep these items indoors, away from heat, direct sunlight and hot cars. Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher.

Are cake toppers food safe?

The decorative PLA toppers are not certified food safe. Use suitable food-safe sleeves or separate supports to prevent printed parts from touching food. These are not included. Keep toppers away from candles and flames and remove them before serving.

Are the images photographs of finished products?

Personalised product images labelled design mockup are representative illustrations. Final lettering, proportions, colours and layout depend on your approved proof.

Where do you ship?

Within Australia. Standard shipping is $11.70 per order. Contact us with any delivery questions.

Can I order a larger quantity?

Yes, request a quote with the product, quantity, wording, size, colours and event date. Larger orders may require more production time.

Privacy

When you enquire or place an order, we collect the contact, delivery and order information you provide, including your personalisation instructions. We use it to respond to enquiries, prepare your design, fulfil your order and provide customer service.

Squarespace hosts this website and supports its forms and commerce services. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Delivery information is shared with the delivery provider as needed to send your order. These providers have their own privacy policies and may process information outside Australia.

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for shopping, security and site analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls available on the site. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

Website & ordering terms

Magic Printlabs is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. All prices are in Australian dollars. Magic Printlabs is not registered for GST, so GST is not charged. The applicable delivery charge and total are displayed at checkout.

Check the product description, size and options before ordering. For personalised items, provide your wording and design preferences in the product form. Printing starts after payment and proof approval. Allow at least 10 business days for production, plus delivery. Larger orders may take longer. Contact us before ordering for a particular deadline.

Images labelled design mockup are illustrations. Final personalisation is confirmed with your proof. Screen colours can vary from printed filament colours. Follow the care and use guidance on the product page.
